McLaren Vale Enterprises, is a newly established wine packaging facility, providing packaging solutions to the local wine industry and business to include packaging, delabelling and over-stickering.  With our new facility in McLaren Vale we are ideally positioned to assist young people to take the step from school to mainstream employment through the School Leaver Employment Support Program.

We have modern workshops.

As a School Leaver Employment Support  participant, we can provide you with invaluable training and support in a real workplace, where you will obtain practical experience and develop your ‘soft skills’. Part of understanding what it’s like to have a job is to build your “soft skills” that you’ll require to be successful, such as commitment and consistency, attention to detail, punctuality, dress codes and personal standards. We have qualified Workplace Trainers & Assessors who can assess all programs.

The plans for your School Leaver Employment Support program will be developed with you and tailored for you. We listen to what you want and need. We communicate and keep regular contact with you as a participant and your Parents or Carers. All our programs are reviewed regularly to ensure continuous improvement – review > consult > obtain feedback > make program enhancements.
